A little about

Our Story

Our story really begins with the farmhouse. We grew up in the heart of Sevier County. People travel from all over the world for a glimpse of what this area has to offer. We bought and renovated the farmhouse in hopes of sharing it with people who wanted something different. We wanted to create the type of place that you want to visit over and over again. That is how Whaley Room & Board was born. As time went on, our farmhouse grew into three unique properties that offer an experience you will not find elsewhere. Whether you are saying “I do” or staying overnight, we want your memories of Whaley Room & Board to remain unforgettable.

Happy Guests

"This house was perfect for our group of three families with children. Conveniently close to Pigeon Forge, but feels far away from the hustle and bustle. The house is very spacious and comfortable and is well equipped. We spent some time researching the history of the house and found that it is 121 years old. The owners have mixed a perfect blend of original and moderns features, while maintaining the charm and wonder of the old manor. Amy was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and willing to help in any way. Our group has already decided Whaley House will be our first choice for our future trips to the area."

"This was a great house for our family Christmas get together! The house had plenty of bedrooms/space for everyone and great farmhouse decor/style. The property was clean and well-reflected in the listing. Lots of great attractions nearby, too!"

"Amy’s place was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to make our weekend stay with family everything we hoped it would be. The decor is appealing and we had plenty of space for our multi-generation group."
