Any of our beautiful homes are the perfect backdrop for any special occasion, from family gatherings to bridal and baby showers to birthdays and more. With panoramic views of the mountains and fresh mountain air, your guests will feel rejuvenated and inspired.

Our spacious and tastefully decorated interiors provide ample space for your guests to mingle, dine and celebrate. The cozy fireplace and comfortable seating areas create a warm and inviting atmosphere that will make your guests feel right at home.Our home is equipped with all the amenities you need to make your event a success. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a larger event, our home can accommodate your needs.

A minimum of 5 hours is required and anything additional is $100 an hour.

The Shine Package

This package is for use of the property as a photo location.

Outdoor access $40/hr
Indoor & outdoor access $80/hr

The Whimsy Package

This package is ideal for showers, parties, & other events.

Starting at $500
Full access to indoor & outdoor amenities
This package is for five hours which includes your set up and tear down time
Additional time rate $100/hr
Maximum 50 guests

The Rhinestone Package

This package is ideal for weddings and elopements.

Starting at $1500
All day access to indoor and outdoor amenities
Maximum 50 guests
Discount available for overnight guests
40 wooden folding chairs are available at The Victorian only for an additional $200

This property feels like the perfect home. It is very comfortable and welcoming. It has high quality appliances. There was only 1 thing that we would have liked, that is at least a half bath in the double bed room. Any time we visit Tennessee in the future we will try our hardest to reserve this property!!"
